Typing has no effect
Allow Keyboard Garden in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring, then quit and reopen the app. Only physical letter and number keys are supported. Command, Control or Option shortcuts and Secure Input may not count.
The desktop scene is not visible
Confirm the app is running and return to the garden’s Space on the main display. Full-screen apps and other Spaces may hide the garden or effects. Open My Manor from the menu bar or Dock.
Free content and purchase options
Tomatoes and koi are free. Click a locked seed or fish to choose a monthly subscription, quarterly subscription or lifetime unlock for that scene. Both subscriptions include the garden and pond.
A purchase or price is missing
Connect to the internet, confirm the App Store uses the Apple Account that purchased the content, and reopen the app or purchase page to refresh products and entitlements. Pending purchases unlock after Apple approval and verification. Never send your Apple Account password or payment card details.
Expiry, cancellation and lifetime unlocks
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. After the current term expires, scenes without a lifetime unlock return to free content; growth and harvest records remain. A garden buyout does not unlock the pond, or vice versa.
